When will my order Ship? TOP

Since all our items are handmade right here in our Royal Bebe Studio, please allow 7-10 days before your order is shipped. All orders are made in my studio in New Jersey so if you live on the east coast you will receive your order a lot faster due to fast transit times. If you have an event, party or wedding & require it sooner, please contact us before placing your order so that we can let you know if we're able to rush your order for you which we can typically do 9-times out of 10. Click here to track your order. Please note that during holiday season (November-January) our lead time is around 10-12 days but I will try my best to have your order shipped as quickly as possible.

What Shipping Methods are Used? TOP

Due to constant rising shipping costs, we've implemented the most cost effective shipping options.

Domestic Shipments:

Under 13oz are shipped via usps first class mail with tracking numbers and typically arrive within 3-5 days after shipped
Over 13oz items are shipped via usps priority mail with tracking numbers and typically arrive within 2-3 days after shipped

International Shipments: (Please contact us for a quote before placing an order)

Under 4 pounds are shipped via usps first class international mail & can take between 14-20 days to receive after shipment but typically arrive earlier
Any order weighing over 4 pounds will be required to upgrade to the most cost effective delivery method.

We're more than happy to ship all over the world.

Do you offer custom orders? TOP

Yes. I love doing custom orders. It is when I am the most creative when my client's challenge me. I can do color, text, font changes on my plaques. Or, if you require something completely custom, whether home decor, gift tags, greeting cards paperweights, journals or anything else you can think of i'm more than happy to assist you. Do you offer a Return Policy? TOP

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we offer the following policy:

Custom Orders: All sales are final on custom orders. During the design stage, I will keep you up to date on the design process by sending you a mock up of the designs for your approvals & will even send final pictures of the completed product prior to shipping for your approval so you're not surprised in any way when you receive your custom order.

All Non-Custom Orders: All sales are final unless we've incorrectly described an item or you're just completely unhappy. We're more than willing & are always here to please & make our clients happy & I believe our over 900+ 100% positive feedback ratings on our Etsy & Ebay Store show that you can have trust in Royal Bebe Shoppe to go above & beyond. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you're unhappy with a product you received, please contact us.

Do you offer Wholesale? TOP

Many boutiques carry my line of products. Please contact me with your name, your store name, a little bit about your store lines and I will be more then happy to help you.

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

Currently we accept payments online through paypal using visa, mastercard, amex or an e-check. You do not need to have a paypal account in order to make a secure payment. Our shopping cart & paypal is a SSL Server & your information will be transmitted using the secure database where you will see "https" in the browser.
